How to care for plates?
Ceramics are a practically eternal art. Just follow a few simple rules, and your decorative plates will serve you for many years.
So, what are these rules?
Firstly, don't drop ceramics. After all, they are quite fragile and can easily break.
Secondly, wash the plates by hand under running water. Use mild cleaning agents and soft sponges, and the glaze will be fine.
Finally, avoid heating ceramics in the microwave. Sudden temperature changes can cause microcracks, which can later cause the plate to split.
That's it! If you follow these simple guidelines, your plates will be safe.
I also want to point out that sometimes I use non-edible glazes in my paintings. This means that such pieces are not suitable for table setting and should only be used as wall decoration. I always warn you about such cases.
